How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–4 business days. After that, delivery to the UK usually takes 5–10 business days.

Which courier do you use?
We ship with Amazon Logistics or Yodel in the UK. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

My tracking says “delivered”, but I didn’t receive anything. What should I do?
Please double-check with neighbours or safe places around your home. If it's still missing, let us know at info@booststeps.com — we’ll do our best to help.

Can I return the insoles if they don’t fit?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products. The return shipping is at your expense.

What if I used the insoles already?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used items. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

Can I keep the item and still get a partial refund?
Yes, if you prefer to keep the item, we can offer you a 20% refund instead of returning it.

Do the insoles replace the original insole or go underneath?
Our carbon fiber insoles are designed to go under your existing insole.

Can I cut the insoles to size?
Yes — all our insoles can be trimmed slightly for the perfect fit using scissors. Just follow the outline of your current insole.

Do you have insoles for kids?
We don’t currently produce dedicated kids’ sizes, but smaller adult sizes (starting from EU 35 / UK 3.5) may fit older children.
To ensure the best fit, measure your child’s insole and compare it with our size chart before ordering.

Will a size 8.5 insole work in a size 9 shoe?
Yes — in most cases it will. For more precision, compare the insole length with your shoes.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@booststeps.com. Once the order is processed, we can't make changes.

Yes! We ship to over 200 countries. Shipping times and costs vary depending on location.
