Refund policy

Important:
Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you have accepted the terms and conditions when purchasing.

Returns:

Returns sent to us without prior request and authorization will not be accepted and you will lose the right to a refund.

Last date:
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be carefully cleaned before the return process begins.

Return Policy for Worn Products

  • Products Tried On/Used: If the product has been worn or used, it is no longer in a resalable condition. Therefore, we can only offer a refund of 50% of the order value.
  • No Return Shipping: If you choose not to ship the item back to us, we provide a 10% refund as a green alternative to minimize waste and reduce costs.

This ensures fairness while maintaining sustainability and the highest standards for all our customers.

Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights and some medical products.

Start the process: If you want to return a product, send an email to: info@booststeps.com with the order number, reason for return, a photo of the damaged product if applicable and your contact details. We only have one return address in China, so returning to another address is not possible and is not sufficient to refund the order. Returns without prior notification will be considered invalid.

Return at your own risk: Please note that returning the products is at your own risk. The company is not liable for lost packages or packages detained at customs during the return process.

Track & Trace:
Your return must be accompanied by a Track & Trace code shared with us. This allows us to determine exactly when your return reaches our warehouse and start the refund immediately. Without a tracking code, we cannot track the shipment and the right to a refund expires as we cannot confirm that the order has actually been received by us.

Once the return process has started and you need to return the goods to our warehouse, you have a maximum of 5 days to provide the tracking code of the shipment purchased. Failure to comply with this time frame will result in the return request being automatically closed.

Refund:

Procedure: Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Delayed or missing refund: If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please check your bank account again. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@booststeps.com.

Cost:

Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to include a track & trace number with the return shipment, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The product must be shipped back to China. The minimum return shipping cost is $40 and is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

Defective products: If you received a defective product, we will always send you a new one free of charge.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed due to our automated system.
